Overview Classical training in art is methodical and imitative, based on the tried and true drawing and painting techniques
employed by the Old Masters — artists such as Michaelangelo, Rembrandt, Leonardo da Vinci and others.
Once an artist has mastered some of these techniques, he or she is ready to develop a unique style and employs this
knowledge in various mediums of artistic expression. This portfolio demonstrates some of Patrice's classical drawing skills, which are used in preparing sketches for a commission.
